2026 Field of Honor Grant Beneficiary Application

The time has come for nominations of area nonprofits and worthy organizations to be considered for grant funding from this year’s event proceeds.

Applications must be received no later than Friday, November 6th at 5 PM to allow time for submission information to be organized.

Applications can be completed by the proposed beneficiary or on behalf of the beneficiary but all required form fields must be filled out to be considered. The Rotary Club of Forest Foundation will meet on November 10th to review applications and allocate funds.
